80 gr çekirdeksiz hurma
200 gr az yagli labne
200 gr az yagli yogurt
1 yemek kasigi bal
süslemek icin dilediginiz kadar cilek (ben 200 gr cilek kullandim) ve kuruyemis
- Portakallarin kabugunu rendeliyoruz, 1 yemek kasigi kadar rende olmasi yeterli. Portakal kabugunu en en son kullanacagiz. Portakallarin suyunu sikip 3 yemek kasigi kadar miktariyla nisastayi bir kapta iyice açıyoruz. Geri kalan portakal suyunu bir tencereye aktariyoruz.
- Tencereye tarçın çubugu, portakal suyuyla çözülmüş nişastayi ekleyip tencerenin altini yakiyoruz. Sürekli kariştiyoruz ve karişimimiz kaynayinca tencerenin altini kapatiyoruz.
- Hurmalari olabildigince küçük dogruyoruz. Portakal suyunun icinden tarçın çubugunu alip, hurmalari tencereye alip yumusamasi icin, tencere soguyana kadar bekletiyoruz.
- Karisim sogudugunda yogurt, labne, yarim tatli kasigi tarcin, bal, portakal kabugu rendesini üzerine ekleyip karistiriyoruz. Labne kremamiz hazir. Kaselere kremamizi ve süslemek icin cileklerimizi güzelce yerleştiriyoruz.
